Overview:
Looking for a career with purpose and a positive impact in seniors lives in a leadership role overseeing properties and people? The Ebenezer Corporate office in Edina, MN is looking seeking a Regional Manager that will be responsible for supporting assigned HOA (Homeowner Association) communities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

This position includes;
    • 80 hours every two weeks
    • Full time, day shifts, Monday-Friday mainly, on-call for maintenance emergencies
    • Travel among communities

Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Participates as part of the Corporate HOA management
  • Supervises Property Managers
  • Provides budget/financial support to the HOA
  • Provides support and mentorship to Board of Directors and committees of the HOAs
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Real Estate License Required
  • 3-5 Years Experience Required
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Housing, Business or Related Field Preferred
